I think the total cost for all of these resources is less than $15 (several are free). I have an android phone so the links are for android. I am still learning and drilling and do not yet have a profitable game or a large bankroll. I think I will put some links here to some apps that I have found helpful and then link to this comment in the future, in case these are helpful to anyone else. Not surprisingly, this basic question gets asked a lot and I appreciate those who helped answer my beginner questions when first starting.
